Returns and Refunds Policy

At tied, each piece is carefully handmade with the utmost attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return conditions

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the last item in your order to request an exchange or return, with no need to provide a reason.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Personalised items

Items made to order with custom specifications (such as custom colours or sizes) are not eligible for return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect — as permitted under European legislation.

How to start a return

Go directly to your account in My account, open the order and submit your return or cancellation request. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@tiedstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days.
