Processing and Production Times

In-stock items: Processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order items: As they are handmade, production time may vary between 5 to 10 business days before shipping. We will keep you informed about the production status.

Estimated Delivery Times

Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch (via CTT / Courier).

Islands (Madeira and Azores): 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination (generally 5 to 12 business days).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow the status of your shipment.
